Privacy notice

The short version

If you join the list we keep your email address, and your country if you tell us. We use it to email you about Sola. We do not sell it, and we do not give it to anyone else to market to you.

You can leave at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

What we collect

The JOIN form records your email address, the country you pick, and when you agreed to receive email updates. Choose Elsewhere if you prefer not to give a country.

We do not ask for your name, your phone number, or your date of birth. The signup server also uses a keyed hash of your network address to limit repeated requests. It does not store your raw network address in the mailing list. Old rate-limit records are removed by a daily cleanup.

Private owner access

The site owner uses a passkey to access the editor and fan list. Vercel stores the passkey's public credential, its label and security counters. The private key stays with the owner's device or passkey manager.

Owner login uses an essential session cookie and a short-lived passkey-request cookie. These protect the private area and are not used to track public visitors.

What we do with it

We email you about Sola: releases, shows, and anything she wants the list to hear first. That is the only thing the list is used for.

Your country, if you gave it, tells us which cities to tell you about. It is stored as a two letter country code and nothing more precise than that.

Who else touches it

Sola manages the mailing list. The signup records are stored privately on Vercel. They are not used for anyone else's marketing.

That is the whole list. We do not share your details with advertisers, data brokers, or other artists.

How long we keep it

Until you leave the list, or until you ask us to delete it. When you unsubscribe we keep a record that you unsubscribed, so that we do not accidentally add you back.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email gabbia159@gmail.com and say what you want.

You can unsubscribe without emailing anyone: every email we send has a link at the bottom.

Other people's players

The video page loads thumbnail images from YouTube. Its player loads when you press play, and YouTube's privacy terms apply. The music page links to streaming services and Sola's Komi catalogue. Their terms apply when you follow those links.

We use the no cookie version of the YouTube player. Your browser and YouTube control any storage used by that player.
